Proposal to provide extensive financial information to qualify for leveraged or inverse funds is not substantiated by any facts or explanation why these funds need to be treated differently compared to thousands of other securities, many with similar risk characteristics the proposal also takes away freedom of investment decisions, the cornerstone of the whole system.
