I use inverse funds to manage risk. I believe they are an important tool to manage risk in my portfolio. If that ability is taken away, I feel that my ability to manage risk in my portfolio will be limited.
I also used levered funds on a limited bases to manage my overall return. I feel that this allows me to manage my portfolio wisely. I am very much opposed to having these tool taken away from me.
