The SEC's proposed rule is very disturbing. I have been trading in LI funds for over 2 years and fully understand how the funds operates. I monitor my position daily and have stayed in the funds for an extended periods of time, even when they had significant losses. I monitor market conditions daily that will have an impact on the funds and find the SEC's proposed timing suspect given the current market conditions. If I am forced out or not allowed to trade in LI funds. I will no longer participate in the market.
