I don't like the idea that the SEC is trying to eliminate investors right to freely choose their own methods of investments my making it very hard or even impossible to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I am not in idiot. I know the risks and rewards in every investment I make so I don't need an outside agency to dictate to me what I can invest in.
