This proposed regulation is ridiculous. It presumes you're all smart and we're all dumb. You're proposing to take away my right to hedge my long positions. I am currently short the SP 500 using Direxion's ETF and it's the only position going up nearly every day. Put this one to bed before you impose real harm.
