Sirs, the last thing I need is "Big Brother"telling me how I can and cannot invest my money. I don't need anyone telling me whether or not I am "qualified" to buy LI funds or anything else. There is plenty of information available at the brokerage and at the fund website to make anyone who does even a minimal amount of research an informed buyer.
