It's ridiculous to deny retail investors a way to hedge against a downturn in the market.
I'm a retail investor and I was smart enough to buy a Short ETF before this latest downturn and now I find out you want to take that away from me?
This is what's wrong with government. You can't do the fucking job your supposed to do, Lehman Brothers, Bernie Madoff, I could go on and on, but you want to go after me?
