Ronald Reagan: The function of government is to protect people from harm by others, not to protect from harm caused by themselves.
If you adopt these regulations then they may as well apply to all shares.
These regulations imply bigger bureaucracy, bigger burden on corporations, less freedom for the individual. In other words bigger government and more enslavement of the citizenry.
Such action is harmful to the economy. Any action that forces individuals to act against their freedom of choice distorts the economy.
It is immoral. Any action which forcefully prevents people from acting consentuality between each other is immoral.
Instead of imposing further restrictive and burdensome regulations you should be looking at how you can deregulate.
