I feel that this proposed legislation is a slap in the face of investors. I've been dealing with Direxion for many years and they always have been straight forward about repeatedly informing us about the inherent risks.
Since when do we need to be regulated in this manner--It's an insult to all investors. You are really overstepping your view about what you are proposing.
A person's investments are SACRED. We are adults and if we choose to make an investment, it should not be interfered with by a perceived 'Big Brother' attitude.
I usually don't participate in these sort of scenario. We don't want nor need your negative involvement in our trading.
This is a huge negative blow to personal investment methods. It smacks of socialism
