Its ridiculous how the government refuses to allow a free people the right to free choices. Every person invested in leveraged securities understands the risk involved. If they dont then that is their own fault. Stop trying to protect everybody, and allow people the freedom to make their own choices. Instead of eliminating options create a disclaimer that isnt a ton of unreadable garbage. Short and simple say this investment carries more risk off major loss. Nothing more. Disclaimers are too long and people dont bother reading them.
