SEC members:
I oppose rule S7-24-15 for the following reasons:
I have used leveraged funds for years to enhance the return on investment in sectors I believe will be successful.
I proven that I am capable of understanding these types of funds and do not need nor want a 3rd party interfering with my ability to invest in any way I see fit.
I expect my government to "make no law" or regulation limiting or infringing in any way on my right to express myself via my choices in all areas of my life, including my investments.
