Dear SEC,
Investments in leveraged funds allow me to protect non-leveraged positions in my portfolio with a reduced amount of capital. I have been using leveraged funds for +3 years without assistance from a broker or any other third party. Investors have the right to take risks as they see fit without the interference or burden of being required to seek advice or approval from a 3rd party.
