The SEC has no business in determining if I can trade Leveraged or Inverse funds. I know how to read and can evaluate the risks involved. I'm strongly opposed to your telling me what I can or can't trade in a free market. I have traded these for years and resent your telling me I'm not smart enough to make my own trading and investing decisions.
