Enter your comments here.To Whom it may concern, I have been trading stocks, futures and some options since 1995 and worked in the brokerage business for over 24 years. I think qualified investors like myself who understand the risks should still be allowed to trade leveraged ETFs... limiting them is as stupid as the occasional call to not allow short selling...
I do think more information regarding the time decay in these need to be provided.
