To Whom it May Concern: I believe that I am the best person to judge my capability to invest in what I think is best for me. I do not want any person or agency to decide what is best for me. I look at market conditions on a daily basis and review my portfolio consistently. To change my ability to invest on my own accord would be an infringement of my rights.
