I use leveraged ETFs as part of my investing strategy and I know EXACTLY what the RISKS are in doing so. They are an excellent way for me to gain additional gains or to Protect my current portfolio. I DO NOT want the GOVERNMENT telling me What I can invest in. If you have issues with the Leveraged ETFs then remove them from the market for EVERYONE including Banks Hedge Funds, and Brokerage Firms. The deck is already stacked against the individual investor, why would you take away or restrict a tool from the average investor and allow them to continue to use it. THIS IS WRONG
