I feel the proposal is a violation of freedom of choice in the open market of investing, and restricts the ability of the average individual to make informed choices based on their personal financial goals.
I understand the nature of the leveraged and inverse funds and do not wish to be subjected to a 3rd party review of my ability to make these decisions. I feel strongly that implementing these regulations is interference in free market philosopy.
the inverse and leveraged funds are used as an important tool to protect an investment portfolio, and I wish to continue to have the freedom to invest in these without undue government interference.
