Please reconsider making it more restrictive to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I consider myself an intermediate investor and use of these funds for both seeking profit and providing protection is an important tool for my investing persona.
I know the risks and accept them. I'm happy to attend a training seminar or webinar if necessary to acknowledge as such.
