This proposal is NOT at all required, Very much Un Wanted, and retail investor un-Friendly. We, retail investors responsibility to know about the risks of Leveraged funds and you can simply , reasonably ask Leveraged funds to display this Risk info in the initial prospectus and you (SEC) should leave the rest to investors. I believe as Open market in USA and mother of all markets, SEC won't interfere and dilute these funds.
