1) I am writing this letter to inform SEC that Leverage and Inverse funds are an essential investment part for my enhanced income. The returns that I get from these funds provide my family with the extra income that I can use for my kids (e.g., paying for sports leagues, clubs, theme parks, education, tutoring, food, rent). Without the ability to invest in these funds it would be extremely difficult to make additional income and enjoy our lives. 2) I have been investing in the leverage and inverse funds for about 10 years now. I am very capable of handling these funds myself without others evaluating what I do. Overall, I am able to make decent returns and use the funds to pay taxes, reoccurring expenses, and on my family. It would be a burden for me if SEC and the Fed/State Financial institutions would apply restrictions or prevent me from buying them. 3) I wish and hope SEC and other government institutions would not apply any restrictions on these funds. I would like to have the freedom to make my own decisions whether to buy and sell - without the government imposing any limitations on these leveraged and inverse funds.
