RE: PROSHARES - I am strongly against the proposed regulation that may required additional information requested to deem an investor worthy.
ALL INVESTMENTS have some level of risk associated and ALL INVESTORS are aware of this before they put money into any opportunities.
These potential limits are: 1) CUMBERSOME, UNWARRANTED and UNNECCESSARY for potential investors. In addition, they are 2) TAKING AWAY FREEDOMS involved in allowing consumers to make their own choices with their money and allows for a "slippery slope" of government intervention into allegedly free markets.
Please don't allow government to exercise any more authority that could affect our financial markets. This threat has to end here before serious upheaval ensues
