Dear Sir/Madam: I am very concerned about the onerous proposal regarding LI Funds. I have been trading these for years and find them very useful for my objectives. I am well aware of the risks. Buying any stock caries a risk as we see right now with this huge decline in the stock markets. Are you going to limit the purchase of NYSE stocks? It is very important to me that I am able to trade these LI Funds. I am an active trader and monitor my account all hours during the trading day. Your proposal regarding the trading of these Funds is very detrimental. I study the markets and can make my own decisions. I am very much against this SEC proposal to limit and deny trading of these Funds. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely,
