I am against SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15. I am a small investor and spent the good part of a decade developing an investment model that I feel comfortable using for my own retirement accounts. This model occasionally uses inverse funds. I am sure others have their own specific reasons to use inverse and leveraged funds. I feel that I understand these types of funds sufficiently to use them with confidence and that I don't need a third party evaluating my competence in their use. In my opinion, more government oversight and regulation is not needed at all. And it will only serve to restrict my ability to invest freely as I chose to do so.
