I don't want somebody to add bureaucracy to a process that is lean and simple. If I want to invest on a fund I just make the movement with my broker, If you add steps to do this. I think it won't add any value, If I'm deciding to buy an specific fund it is my duty to investigate and to be aware of the risk of investing on it. Don't baby sit us, If somebody is old enough to invest, it is old enough to investigate and take the risk
