I have been investing in leveraged and inverse funds for several years. I understand the funds increase in value and decrease in value based on the weight of their price compared to the market change. I watch my funds closely and log in almost daily to see the change in all my investments. I was surprised when I first invested in leveraged funds that I received notification when they declined in value and statements informing me that they decline at the same rate they increase to be sure I understand how they work. I already understood this but the fund clearly notified me of the risk in case i didn't.
