I have serious concerns about the restrictions proposed. They would take away the investors freedom to make decisions on how and where to invest. The proposed changes foist unproductive costs on the investment process and provide no benefits.
My experience with purchasing shares of ProShares involved no outside advice but came about from my own research. (no costs involved). From December 2017 to January 2020 this investment earned an
increased value double the original cost.
I would not like to see the SEC put more restrictions that would take away the rights and freedoms we now have.
I ask that no changes be made to the present. Thank You.
