Please do not implement Proposed Rule #S7-24-15. I fully understand the risks and benefits of leveraged and inverse funds. I am presently using them during this time of coronaviris driven market fluctuations. Please do not add to my work by having a 3rd party evaluate my capacity to understand what I am doing. Indeed, when I buy them at Schwab, there are warnings aplenty.
