I have been trading on the stock market and managing my personal portfolio for four years now with an avg return of 14.23%. I do not have the financial means to purchase short interest in the traditional manner however access to levered shares through funds such as SQQQ slows me to capitalize on bear markets. Taking this away is an unprecedented violations of rights intended to limit the abilities of retail investors to earn profits.
