As an academic surgeon in practice, I may not have the training to invest but have the experience over the years Ive participated in the market directly by placing my own trades. Never have I seen the present transparency and availability of the market for investors. That is a very good thing. The responsibility for investors has not changed and should not change by way of further regulation.
