Please dont pass laws to limit the use of leveraged ETFs. Leveraged ETFs can be used not only to enhance risk, but also to mitigate risk. And in some respects, leveraged ETFs are the best opportunity for non-institutional investors, particularly young investors with a small base, to grow their wealth. Yes, they are risky products - But anyone investing in leveraged ETFs can see the millions of articles online warning about the risks. We should be able to invest in anything we want. And the wirehouses should be able to continue to sell them. Please dont take away my favorite investment vehicle from my wealth manager.
