it is my belief that individual and retail traders should have a level playing(opportunity)field as the larger players. The SEC is not in the position to decide who should utilize these products. If one wants to place their bet on double zeros, that's their choice. This may be yet another government grab for more power and information that presents no danger to our society at large. It reminds of how the TSA is now confiscating cash from airline travelers. TSA purpose was to keep transportation safe. Are they now concerned that the woman was going to choke the pilot to death with the cash. Which, by the way, having cash was never illegal.
