Dear SEC,
I am a small, individual investor who utilizes leveraged funds to achieve my financial goals by getting access to additional funds for a much more reasonable price of an ETF that borrowing money on margin. It is quite simple to understand what the objective of leveraged EFTs is and in my experience, they have performed exactly as what they have set to do.
I would ask that you please not restrict access to a choice of an investment tool that when used as intended can have an important function for any type of investor.
