Leveraged and inverse funds are normal instruments used in my investment strategy. I truly understand the risks. I do not need the SEC to 'change the rules' Please spend your time and energy tracking down more poor actors like Bernie Maddock who was running a ponzie scheme that hurts everybody in the long run.
