Gentlemen,
Regarding the proposed Rule #S7-24-15 I strongly urge you not to implement this change, limiting the use of ProShares by individual investors as this is one of the few and most effective ways for individuals to hedge their positions.
I have used them on a regular basis and they have serve me well.
Your consideration in this matter will be most appreciated.
