Why would you want to make rules that would prevent me from buying inverse funds? What is the reasoning behind the proposal? I understand the risk involved with any investment that the money can be lost but it is my choice as to what to buy. I like that I have an option for when the stock market drops to have some gains in another area. Don't regulate just for the sake of regulating.
