I would like this proposal to be reconsidered. As an investor these funds allow me to hedge my downside risk without liquidating my total portfolio.
I understand how to utilize these funds as a hedging technique and the risk associated if the inverse market action does not occur.
I believe this can be a fundamental hiderance to the free markets in the US financial markets.
In closing, I would like the SEC to reconsider this proposal.
