I am writing to express my objection to the SECs proposal pertaining to leveraged and inverse investment funds.
1) As a personal investor I utilize these types of investment vehicles as a strategic balance in my portfolio.
2) I am required by my brokerage to accept knowledge of the risks involved in trading such securities prior to executing such a trade.
3) I am in support of maintaining free public markets allowing investors to purchase such public securities without additional government limits or burdensome regulations.
