These instruments should remain available to traders and investors who have been cleared by brokers and maintain accounts at trading level 2 or above for options trading. Once an account is cleared at a level, there should be no further limits or constraints less than what that level allows. I use a limited number of these now (TQQQ, NUGT, SDS, SSO, etc.)
