Please reconsider your idea of the proposed regulations regarding individual investors trading inverse funds. Investing in inverse funds gives people the opportunity to take advantage of a downward trend without the inconvenience and confusion of shorting. Many of us have been successfully trading these ETFs for years without anyone imposing needless artificial regulations on us, or having us provide personal financial information.
For decades, investors have been allowed to buy an sell unhindered, that is to say that we have the freedom to decide for ourselves what to invest in. As far as I know, there is no problem, so please don't try to fix something that is not broken. There is already too much government regulation certainly we don't need more
