Proposed regulation is bad for small investor like myself. If I am prevented / restricted from buying leveraged funds, my capability to protect my portfolio will be limited. It is unnecessary and will create a dangerous precedent for ETFs and funds. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me. These help me with enhanced returns and protect my portfolio. I understand funds characteristics and do not want anyone else to evaluate my understanding capabilities.
