Hello folks,
For the past 4 years I have invested substantially in leveraged funds both ETFs and mutual funds and have made the majority of my profit from them. I have done this in my 401K and in my IRA accounts. You will cripple my ability to invest by adopting Rule #S7-24-15.
When we move from a Bull market to a Bear I need the protection of inverse funds to protect my capital. Please do not hamstring the average investor The extremely wealth always have these kind of tools available to them. Removing leveraged and inverse funds as a kind of big brother protectionism stifles my individual liberty to pursue financial prosperity.
In the name of freedom and liberty please re-frame from this onerous regulation.
