I am a college graduate with a computer science degree with decades of investing experience. I have been using both inverse and leveraged funds for at least 8 years now. With your proposal you are effectively telling me and probably millions like me that you are now too dumb to use these products
The more you try to protect people, the more ignorant they remain or become. Please stop this nanny state proposal that only helps the rich.
