I strongly against the SEC's proposal restricting the buy and sell of the leveraged equities. I have about 60% of my assets in leveraged ETFs and I am capable of understanding the leveraged funds. These funds are not any risk than many of the IPOs which have not been restricted by SEC. I don't feel it is wise to put a restriction on leveraged funds. Thanks. Jim
