RE: access to leveraged funds
Small investors such as myself need access to inverse funds, especially leveraged inverse funds.
This protection is easier than options and simple to understand.
Everyone is worried about a market crash . . . stop losses no longer work due to high volatility. If there is a concern, perhaps there could be a limit on how many shares one may purchase.
