I oppose the proposed rule restricting use of leverage etfs for retail investors. I use these vehicles exclusively in my trading strategy and out perform the market as a result. I understand there are risks with any investment including leveraged etfs. The SEC's proposed restriction is misguided at best. Your focus should be on regulated the publicly traded company's that submit fraudulent financials to the public and regulated the investment banks that bankrupted our financial markets Not attacking retail investors Retail investors didn't get bailed out by the US Treasury Retail investors didn't rape the public Retail investors didn't create bogus financial instruments and defraud the public Retail investors didn't rate the junk bonds AAA. DO YOUR JOB Get off the backs of the retail investors with these burdensome phony rules and police the institutions and companies you're CHARGED WITH SUPERVISING If you do your job, there would be no need for regulations like this
