Dear SEC,
As an educated individual investor making my own decisions and who understands the role inverse and leveraged funds play in investment strategies, I am disturbed that the SEC is considering placing extremely burdensome regulations on the ability to purchase these funds. I wonder, is the SEC's true intent to drastically reduce investment in these funds? Then be honest Why allow large investment firms to "play the market" using these funds, but not small-time investors. Once again, the system is rigged against the individual. Only the BIG INVESTMENT FIRMS will be able to meet these onerous requirement and enjoy the ability to use them to their benefit.
