Inverse funds are a key component of my investment plans. Not all investors are buy and hold investors. Some of us enjoy investing in vehicles that allow us to enhance our returns when we anticipate negative returns in the market. For example, recent issues in China allowed me to protect my investments by using an inverse fund.
As an individual investor, I am capable of making investment decisions and don't need a third party with less experience and less education evaluating my capability.
