I have used leveraged ETF's for years. As with any investment there is risk. Investors who use these funds are vetted for their understanding of their benefits and risks. They are used sparingly and to great effect. Please do not impose burdensome rules on the investing public. There are more than sufficient methods already in place of determining an investors sophistication level. Thank you.
