Leveraged funds are incredibly important to me. I use them as portfolio insurance, to protect against downside without the exposure of shorts and without the tax consequences of selling.
I am experienced in this area, and I don't need yet another 3rd party evaluating my capabilities.
Please leave free choice in the market.
