Leveraged funds are important to me since they allow me to seek enhanced returns. They also provide diverse stock ownership.
I understand the risks and rewards in investing in leveraged funds. I don't need a third party interfering in my free decision making to buy and sell my stocks.
Why is a third party getting involved in a free market. We need less oversight and regulations - not more. It's worked fine for the last 90 years so if it ain't broke, don't fix it
